While on vacation I treated myself with an exciting adventure: Benj Haisch is one of my favorite photographers and he’s based in the Seattle area. So when I knew I was going to be there I asked him if he was available for a portrait session with me. I was stoked to hear that he was… So we met on a sunday morning in the rain. But we decided to not get distracted by that and spent 2 hours shooting in different locations from downtown Seattle to the beach. And after a while it eventually stopped raining too.
This shoot was a very different experience for me since I usually don’t enjoy being in front of the camera. But this was a lot of fun! Benj has a very subtle and easing way to photograph. And he’s really good at what he does because as someone who pretty much dislikes every picture of myself I found to love a lot of what Benj presented me. I can’t show all my favorites, but here are a few at least.
